At times we can rent all the guest rooms in the castle for self-catering.

There is a seprate fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, washing machine dryer, microwave, catering sized pots, crockery, cutlery and utensils

  1. CONTRACT. The contract for a short term rental shall be made between the client and Bolebroke Castle. The contract will be entered into when Bolebroke Castle issues the confirmation form and will be subject to all the following booking conditions.
  2. PAYMENT. A deposit of one third is required to make a booking. The balance will need to be Paid two months before the date of rental.
  3. CANCELLATION. In the unfortunate event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to charge to the value of the deposit. If there is less than 2 months notice you will be charged 90% of the expected bill.
  4. PRICES. Prices are correct at the time of print but may be subject to change. Should the price change, you will be notified within six months before the day. All prices are quoted at the current rate of VAT. If the balance is paid by credit or debit card we charge 2% for processing costs.
  5. PERIOD OF HIRE. Rentals commence unless otherwise notified at 17.00 hrs on the day of arrival and terminate at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
  6. NUMBER OF PERSONS USING THE PROPERTY. The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stipulated in the brochure. Bolebroke Castle reserves the right to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.
  7. COMPLAINTS. Should there be any cause for complaint during the occupation of the property it must be notified promptly to Bolebroke Castle and in the case of serious problems confirmed in writing.
  8. BREAKAGES OR DAMAGES. The client is legally bound to reimburse Bolebroke Castle for Replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.
  9. CARE OF THE PROPERTY. The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, picture, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
  10. PETS. No pets allowed.
  11. LIABILITY. All information, details and representations are made in good faith and are correct at the time of going to press, however, Bolebroke Castle reserves the right to alter or amend facilities from time to time and shall not be liable for doing so.
  12. WARRANTIES. Bolebroke Castle does not warrant and is not responsible for the accuracy of any Verbal information given or statements made by its servants or agents.
  13. RIGHT OF ENTRY. Bolebroke Castle management and staff shall be allowed the right of entry to the property at all reasonable times for the purposes of inspection or to carry out any necessary repairs or maintenance.
  14. NOISE. No music may be played or other disturbance caused which will affect the enjoyment of neighbours’ environment. Music should only be played in the ballroom at a reasonable level and not at all after 2400 hours. No music is allowed to be played in the grounds. The owner reserves the right to immediately eject clients if this stipulation is not adhered to.

The castle was clean and Peter was very kind, the Banquet and murder mystery were brilliant and I can’t recommend the house highly enough as a venue for a house party.
